The Pantry
Supporting Our School Community
At St Wilfrid’s, our mission is rooted in our Catholic faith, which calls us to care for one another with compassion, dignity, and love. In Spring 2025, we were proud to open The Pantry, officially blessed and opened by Bishop Steven Wright. This special resource reflects our commitment to living out the Gospel in practical and meaningful ways.
The Pantry is available to all members of our school community and provides essential items such as food, toiletries, and baby products. It is here to support families who may need a little extra help, whether for a short time or longer-term.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink.”
— Matthew 25:35
This reminds us of our responsibility to serve others and to ensure that no one in our community feels alone or unsupported.
We understand that asking for help can sometimes feel difficult, which is why The Pantry operates with care, respect, and complete discretion.
